| Product Overview | |
| The laser oxygen analyzer is an optical device based on TDLAS technology that measures the concentration of oxygen in gases. It is commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry for centrifuges and reactors, inert gas generators, fermentation and composting process monitoring, flue gas monitoring, inert gas sealing, and oxygen content monitoring under strict conditions. The analyzer's casing adopts an explosion-proof design to meet explosion-proof requirements. | |
| Product principle | |
| Atoms or molecules in a matter absorb light of a specific wavelength, and their energy is used to trigger transitions in internal energy levels (such as electron, vibrational, or rotational levels). When the energy of the incident photon is exactly equal to the difference between two energy levels of the material, it is absorbed, causing the intensity of light at the corresponding wavelength to weaken, thereby forming dark lines or bands in the continuous spectrum, known as absorption spectrum. From the absorption spectral map, it can be seen that only O2 absorption lines exist near 13100 cm-1 (i.e., 763 nm), with no interference from other absorption lines, ensuring that the measured absorption peak is O2 absorption peak. |
